Utility Service Deposits. Seller shall be entitled to the return of all deposit(s) posted by it with any utility company, and shall notify each utility company serving the Property to terminate Seller’s account, effective at noon on the date of Closing. Purchaser shall obtain and maintain service from and after Closing from the applicable utility providers through a new account or accounts in the name of Purchaser.
