Common use of VA and Collaborator Contributions Clause in Contracts

VA and Collaborator Contributions. The respective contributions of the Parties are set forth in the SOW. All payments by Collaborator shall be made to NPC and shall be in U.S. dollars by check or bank draft, sent in accordance with Article 11.15.4, or shall be made by electronic transfer. Collaborator’s failure to make any scheduled payment shall be deemed a material breach. If Collaborator fails to cure such breach within 30 days, VA and NPC shall not be obligated to perform their responsibilities under this CRADA and may terminate this CRADA in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 8.
