VA FINANCING. Purchaser and Seller agree that Purchaser will finance the VA Funding Fee, and that any such fees are not part of the purchase price herein. Any and all Seller paid closing cost on the Purchaser's behalf such as escrow fee shall be paid from the Buyer Bonus.
