VA Rate Increments Sample Clauses

VA Rate Increments. The Department will pay ACA Rate Supplements to the PH-MCO as provided by Appendix 3b, Explanation of Capitation Payments, and Appendix 3f-1, Capitation Rates, included in this Agreement. Each ACA Rate Supplement amount is inclusive of a VA Rate Increment amount. The VA Rate Increments are specified in Appendix 3f-1.
