Vacancies; Increases in the Number of Managers. Vacancies and newly created Board positions resulting from any increase in the authorized number of Managers constituting the entire Board may be filled by the Class A Members.
Vacancies; Increases in the Number of Managers. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, vacancies and newly created Board seats resulting from any increase in the authorized number of Managers may be filled by a majority of the Managers then in office, although less than a quorum, or a sole remaining Manager; and any Manager so chosen shall hold office until the next annual election and until his successor shall be duly elected and shall qualify, unless sooner displaced.

  • Vacancies; Increases in the Number of Directors Vacancies and newly created directorships resulting from any increase in the number of Directors shall be filled by the Sole Member. Any Director so appointed shall hold office until his removal in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or until his earlier death or resignation.

  • Number of Managers The initial number of Managers shall be one (1) Manager. The number of Managers may be changed by the vote or consent of the Member.

Whenever a vacancy in the number of Trustees shall occur, until such vacancy is filled as provided herein, the Trustees in office, regardless of their number, shall have all the powers granted to the Trustees and shall discharge all the duties imposed upon the Trustees by this Declaration.
