Vacate Upon Termination, Survival Sample Clauses
The "Vacate Upon Termination, Survival" clause requires a party, typically a tenant or licensee, to leave and clear the premises when the agreement ends, while also specifying that certain obligations or rights continue even after termination. In practice, this means the party must remove all personal property and restore the space to its original condition, and provisions such as confidentiality, indemnity, or payment obligations may remain enforceable. This clause ensures a smooth transition of the premises back to the owner and clarifies which responsibilities persist, thereby preventing disputes over lingering duties or property use after the agreement concludes.
