Vacation Adjustment for Acting in a Senior Capacity. As soon as possible following December 31 of each year the Employer shall calculate a percentum amount of pay above the confirmed rank rate, based on the total number of days from the preceding year that the employee acted in a rank above their confirmed rank, and pay to such employee that percentum difference as an adjustment in salary entitlement for the purposes of the employee’s annual and long service vacation salary. In the following year this adjustment shall apply for a complete year.
