Vacation and Employee Benefits. (i) The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and other employee benefits and perquisites, in accordance with the policies of the Company in effect for executive officers, or the vacation employee benefits and perquisites to which he was entitled immediately prior to the Effective Date, whichever is greater.
