Vacation and Employee Benefits. Executive will be entitled to vacation in accordance with Company policy, and Executive will be eligible to participate in employee benefit plans and programs consistent with that of other similarly situated employees of the Company, subject to satisfying applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms (but excluding any plans or benefits relating to severance or continuation pay). The Company and its affiliates may adopt, amend, terminate, or modify employee benefit plans and arrangements at any time.
