Vacation Credits for Employees on Furlough. Employees furloughed during any fiscal year will receive vacation credit in the subsequent fiscal year on an hour-for-hour basis; for every hour furloughed the employee will receive one (1) hour of vacation credit on July 1 of the subsequent fiscal year.
