Common use of Valid and Enforceable Agreement Clause in Contracts

Valid and Enforceable Agreement. This Agreement has been duly executed and delivered by the Company and constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Company enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms, subject to the effect of applicable Bankruptcy Law, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium and other similar laws and court decisions of general application and other legal or equitable principles of general application relating to, limiting or affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally.
