Common use of Valid Claim Clause in Contracts

Valid Claim. If, at the time a Licensed Product is sold in a country during the Royalty Term for such Licensed Product, there is no longer a Valid Claim that Covers such Licensed Product in such country, the Royalty rates provided in Section 8.6.2 above for the sale of such Licensed Product in such country will be reduced in such country by [***].

Valid Claim.
