Valid Company Purposes. Subject to the foregoing, the Members shall continue to bear an allocable share of Expenses and other obligations of the Company until all Investments in which the Company participates (including through any applicable Financing Subsidiaries) are repaid or otherwise disposed of in the normal course of the Company’s activities.
