Valid Pledge of Revenues and Other Moneys. Upon execution and delivery of the Supplemental Indenture, the Trust Indenture will create a valid pledge of (i) the Revenues (as defined in the Trust Indenture) and the income therefrom and (ii) all other money, securities and property held under the Trust Indenture, subject in all cases to the provisions of the Trust Indenture permitting the application thereof for the purposes and on the terms and conditions set forth therein;
