Valid Service Contract. Payment terms are within Dell’s sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by Dell, Dell must have received payment for services within 30 days of the date of invoice. Customer shall pay an additional fee of 1.5% per month for invoices not paid within such 30-day period. If Customer is currently not entitled to service, then Customer should submit a valid credit card number to purchase appropriate service for the System.
