Validation Requirement. In order to take full advantage of the PCI Program, Merchant must validate Merchant’s compliance with the PCI DSS on an annual basis or as otherwise required by Processor or a Card Organization as more fully set forth herein. To validate Merchant’s compliance with the PCI DSS, Merchant must successfully complete a SAQ and, if applicable, a vulnerability scan as provided below.
