Common use of Validation, Review and Remediation Clause in Contracts

Validation, Review and Remediation. Vendor will notify Xxxxxxxx when its digital experience is ready for Xxxxxxxx review and validation. Xxxxxxxx will then validate, prior to launch and each term year thereafter, to confirm that the digital experience is compliant with the Guidelines. Manual testing of the Vendor’s digital experience will be verified by Xxxxxxxx with approved vendors and individuals of varying disabilities which shall include individuals who are blind, deaf or hard of hearing, and who have mobility or dexterity limitations. Upon completion of all testing, a review will be performed by Xxxxxxxx’x personnel (e.g., Web Accessibility Coordinator, etc.) to confirm completion of all accessibility requirements. In the event that any deficiencies are discovered in the Vendor’s digital experience, Xxxxxxxx will promptly notify Vendor, and Vendor will remediate prior to launch. A digital experience will not launch until all deficiencies are remediated. All digital experiences must include a statement on the site that the experience is accessible, will maintain accessibility, and will provide a mechanism for users to submit feedback about accessibility issues.
