Common use of VALIDITY AND ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY AND ACCEPTANCE. (a) Unless previously withdrawn, the Company's quotation is open for acceptance for the period stated, or if no period is stated, 30 days. All order (including those not based upon quotation) must be in writing or by email and are subject to the Company's acceptance in writing. The Customer must ensure that the terms of its order and any applicable Input Materials are complete and accurate.
