Validity and Contents of Security Documents. The Security must be valid, perfected and first-ranking at all times with respect to all property intended to be covered thereby, subject however to Liens described in paragraph (a) and in the exception at the end of paragraph (e) of the definition of Permitted Liens. Each Security Document must be in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent and remain valid and in force at all times. The Security Documents will include such legal opinions, Lien searches and certificates of location or surveys as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.
