Common use of Validity and Effect of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Validity and Effect of the Contract. 1. This Contract is entered into for an indefinite period and shall become valid and take effect on the date of its signature by both Contracting parties. 2. This Contract may be terminated subject to a two-month notice period that will begin on the day a notice of termination is served. This Contract shall terminate upon the expiry of the notice period, but not earlier than before the expiry of all subcontracts entered into in accordance with this Contract.
