VALIDITY AND RESCISSION. This COMMITMENT is entered into by the PARTIES on an irrevocable and irreversible basis, it being understood that the obligations set forth herein shall be effective as of the present date and shall remain fully valid, effective and enforceable until the conclusion of the last PERIOD set forth in Table 01 above. The PARTIES further establish that, due to its irrevocable and irreversible character, this COMMITMENT cannot be rescinded before its final term, except in the events expressly foreseen herein.
VALIDITY AND RESCISSION. The parties may agree on the recusal or withdrawal of the collaboration in advance by notifying it in writing, with or without expression of cause, 3 months in advance. If there are activities in process, they must be finished.
VALIDITY AND RESCISSION. 10.1. The validity period of agreement is undetermined, and it can be recessed, without any penalty for either part, if made in written, 60 (sixty) days ahead.
10.2. The recessed part, upon his will, may release the other part from advance notice period.
VALIDITY AND RESCISSION. The present Agreement enters into effect on the date of its signature and shall remain in force for undetermined time, but can be terminated at any time, by either Party and without the incidence of any charge or penalty, upon 90 (ninety)-day previous notice.
VALIDITY AND RESCISSION. The duration of this Agreement will be of five years (5) and will take effect from the date of signature of both parties. It may be extended by express agreement of the parties, which must be formalized in writing, two months before the expiration of the agreed period. Either party can report the present Agreement, by giving written notice to the other party one-month prior the desired termination, or, its extension.
