Common use of Validity Clause Clause in Contracts

Validity Clause. Section 1: If any provision of this Agreement shall be contrary to, or inconsistent with, any provision of Federal or State Law, or any existing ordinance of the City of Biddeford, and thereby rendered invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Those portions of this Agreement affected shall be subject to be reopened by eitherparty.
