Validity of Provisions and Severability. The provisions of this Contract are severable. In the event any provision or condition of this Contract shall be held to be invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, such prohibition, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provisions and conditions of this Contract. The Parties agree in such circumstances to negotiate an equitable amendment to the provisions of this Contract to give effect to the original intention of the Parties.
