Validity of Signature. Except as expressly provided in this paragraph, we will not be responsible for the validity of signatures, endorsements, dates, amounts, or the acceptance of stop payment orders relative to Drafts. In obtaining acceptance and payment of any Draft, we warrant that we have title to such Draft or are authorized to obtain acceptance and payment on behalf of one who has good title; provided, however, that we make no warranty with respect to the signature of the drawer of any Draft.

Validity of Signature. In case any officer who has signed or whose facsimile signature has been placed upon a certificate shall have ceased to be such officer before such certificate is issued, it may be issued by the Corporation with the same effect as if he were such officer at the date of issue.
