Validity of special agreements. Special written agreements concerning salaries or working conditions entered into between the management of an enterprise and the employee representatives are binding for the parties until terminated in writing. However, this does not apply if the agreement in question is in contravention of the Collective or Main Agreements which have been specifically established for the enterprise in question.
