VALIDITY OF THE AGREEEMENT. This agreement shall be valid and binding on the Borrower till the ultimate balance with interest thereon to become payable upon the said loan account including all moneys lent, advanced, paid or incurred together with interest, discount, commission and other banking charges as fixed by the bank from time to time and other costs, charges and expenses which may become payable in connection therewith.
