Common use of VALIDITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT. This Assignment shall remain in full force until and unless the Indebtedness secured by this Assignment together with all other monies, if any payable to the Bank hereunder are paid in full.

VALIDITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT. This Assignment shall remain in full force until and unless the Indebtedness whole of the Banking Facilities secured by this Assignment together with interest thereon and all other monies, if any monies payable to the Bank Lender hereunder are paid in full.
