Common use of VALIDITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT. This Assignment shall remain in full force until and unless the whole of the Facilities secured by this Assignment together with profit thereon and all other monies payable to the Bank hereunder are paid in full.

VALIDITY OF THE ASSIGNMENT. This Assignment shall remain in full force until and unless the whole of the Banking Facilities secured by this Assignment together with profit interest thereon and all other monies payable to the Bank Lender hereunder are paid in full.
