Common use of Validity of This Receipt Clause in Contracts

Validity of This Receipt. This Receipt shall not be entitled to any benefits under the Deposit Agreement or be valid or obligatory for any purpose unless executed by the Depositary by the manual signature of a duly authorized signatory or, if a Receipt Registrar for the Receipts shall have been appointed, by the manual signature of a duly authorized signatory of such Receipt Registrar or any co-registrar.

Validity of This Receipt. This Receipt shall not be entitled to any benefits under the Deposit Agreement or be valid or obligatory for any purpose unless executed by the Depositary by the manual or facsimile signature of a duly authorized signatory orof the Depositary and, if a Receipt Registrar or co-registrar for the Receipts shall have been appointed, countersigned by the manual or facsimile signature of a duly authorized signatory of such Receipt Registrar or any co-registrar.

Validity of This Receipt. This Receipt shall not be entitled to any benefits under the this Deposit Agreement or be valid or obligatory for any purpose purpose, unless such Receipt shall have been executed by the Depositary by the manual signature of a duly authorized signatory or, if a Receipt an Registrar for the Receipts shall have been appointed, by the manual signature of a duly authorized signatory officer of the Registrar, and such execution of any Receipt by manual signature shall be conclusive evidence, and the only evidence, that such Receipt Registrar or any co-registrarhas been duly executed and delivered under the Deposit Agreement.
