Common use of VALIDITY OF TRUST AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

VALIDITY OF TRUST AGREEMENT. The validity of this Trust Agreement shall be determined and this Trust Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, except to the extent that they are superseded by Section 514 of ERISA. The invalidity or illegality of any provision of this Trust Agreement shall not affect the validity or legality of any other part hereof.
