Valuable Property Clause Samples
Valuable Property. Reuters acknowledges and agrees that the Licensed Technology may contain or incorporate unique or valuable trade secrets of Instinet. Accordingly, the parties agree that if Instinet institutes an Action to enforce any of Reuters' material obligations under Article IV or the licenses granted under Article II, Instinet shall be entitled to seek provisional or temporary injunctive relief without posting of any bond or other security. The foregoing rights shall be in addition to and without prejudice to any other rights that Instinet may have hereunder or applicable law, whether at law or in equity.
Valuable Property. HT Prostate acknowledges and agrees that since the EDAP IP incorporates valuable trade secrets, any material violation by it of its obligations with respect to the EDAP IP hereunder may cause the EDAP Parties irreparable injury not compensable by money damages and for which the EDAP Parties may have no adequate remedy at law.
Valuable Property. The System will have the capability to record location and condition of offender personal property and effects taken from offender during Intake.
Valuable Property. Any kind of valuable property is not generally allowed to be kept, however if at all the resident wants to keep, it will be under his/ her personal custody. In case of missing of this item the management will not be held responsible.
