Common use of VALUATION OF INTERESTS Clause in Contracts

VALUATION OF INTERESTS. The value of the Assets of the Company, the amount of liabilities of the Company, the Net Asset Value, and the Net Asset Value of each outstanding Common Share of the Company shall be determined on each Valuation Date in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and the Investment Company Act. The method of determination of Net Asset Value shall be determined by or under the supervision of the Board of Directors. The making of Net Asset Value determinations and calculations may be delegated by the Board of Directors.
