Common use of Valuation Report/Monthly Report Clause in Contracts

Valuation Report/Monthly Report. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Indenture, in the case of a month in which there is a Payment Date, the Issuer, or the Collateral Manager on behalf of the Issuer, need not compile a separate Monthly Report and Valuation Report but may in lieu thereof compile a combined report that contains the information, determined as of the Determination Date, required by Section 10.5(a) and Section 10.5(b). Such combined report shall otherwise be subject to all of the requirements set forth in the first paragraphs of Section 10.5(a) and Section 10.5(b).
