VALUE FOR ROYALTY PURPOSES. 8.1 Value for all Petroleum produced and saved under a Licence or a Lease will be determined in accordance with the Rules. 8.2 To facilitate computations, the Value of Petroleum shall be determined at the end of each Month as the weighted average value of all such transactions that took place during the Month.
