Common use of Value of a Performance Unit Clause in Contracts

Value of a Performance Unit. Each Performance Unit shall have a value determined by multiplying the Increase in Book Value Per Share by two and fifty-seven hundredths (2.57), subject to a maximum value of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per Performance Unit.
