Value of Advisor Equity. If the Key Money Investment is made in the form of equity of the Advisor, the value of such Key Money Investment will be based on the average of the daily Market Price of the Advisor’s common stock for the ten (10) consecutive trading days immediately preceding the Key Money Investment date.
