Value of Performance Shares. Each Performance Share shall have an initial value equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share on October 1, 1998. Each Performance Share shall have a final value for purposes of determining the final payment under this Agreement equal to the Fair Market Value of a Share on September 30, 2001.
