Common use of Value-Pricing Programs Clause in Contracts

Value-Pricing Programs. Contractor agrees to provide the Exchange with the details of any value-pricing programs for procedures or in service areas that have the potential to improve care and generate savings for the Exchange enrollees. Contractor agrees to share the results with the Exchange of programs that may focus on high cost regions or those with the greatest cost variation(s). These programs may include but are not limited to payment bundling pilots for specific procedures where wide cost variations exist.
