Common use of Vandalism Clause in Contracts

Vandalism. If a delay is caused by any of the force majeure circumstances set forth above, the Firm’s compensation and schedule shall be equitably adjusted. Further, either party claiming a delay due to an event of force majeure shall give the other party written notice of such event within three (3) business days of its occurrence, or it shall be deemed to be waived.
