Variable Funding Assets. During the Revolving Period, the sum of (a) the aggregate funded portion of all Collateral Obligations that are Revolving Loans and (b) the Aggregate Unfunded Amount associated with all Variable Funding Assets, shall not constitute more than 15.0% of the total Commitment at any time.
