VARIANCE FROM APPROVED PLANS. Once the final plans have been approved, Tenant shall not authorize a variance from the plans or specifications approved by Landlord without the prior written consent of Landlord, if a single variance would increase or decrease the cost of construction by more than Dollars ($ ), or if all variances authorized during the course of construction would increase or decrease the cost of construction by more than Dollars ($ ). The approval of Tenant, the architect, and the general contractor shall be endorsed on the plans containing the suggested variance prior to the submission of the same to Landlord for its approval.
