Common use of Variation & amendments Clause in Contracts

Variation & amendments. No variation of these Terms of Business shall be effective unless it is in writing. We have a right to amend these Terms of Business by sending you either a notice of amendment in writing or a revised Terms of Business. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any changes or additions. You may end this contract at any time by giving 14 days’ notice in writing under section 20.
