Common use of Variation and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Variation and Amendment. 20.1 The Company may in its sole discretion, upon seven (7) days' prior written notice thereof, amend: 20.1.1 any part or whole of the Services; and/or 20.1.2 the number of any type of Contract Workers required, 20.2 Save as provided in Clause 20.1, no variation, amendment or rescission of this Agreement shall bind either Party unless made in writing and signed by both Parties. Unless expressly agreed, no variation or amendment shall constitute a general waiver of any provision of this Agreement, nor shall it affect any right, obligation or liability under or pursuant to this Agreement which have already accrued up to the date of such variation or amendment, and the rights and obligations of the Parties under or pursuant to this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, except and only to the extent that they are so varied or amended.
