Variation in the terms of this Agreement upon review. It is hereby acknowledged and agreed by the Parties hereto that where any variation in the terms and/or conditions of this Agreement is reasonably required by any of the Regulatory Authorities as a condition of their respective regulatory approval, if required, to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, any such reasonable variation or variation will be deemed to be accepted by the Parties hereto and form part of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
