Common use of Variation of Partial Clause in Contracts

Variation of Partial. Payments The order of partial payments set out in Clause 22.5 (Partial Payments) shall override any appropriation made by the Obligors to which the partial payment relates but the order set out in sub-clauses 22.5.2, 22.5.3 and 22.5.4 of Clause 22.5 (Partial Payments) may be varied if agreed by all the Banks.
