Common use of Variation of Standard Commercial Conditions Clause in Contracts

Variation of Standard Commercial Conditions. The Standard Commercial Conditions shall be varied as follows: (a) Standard Commercial Conditions 1.4, 3.1.1, 3.1.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4.2, 6.6.2, 6.6.5, (b) in Standard Commercial Condition 1.1.1 (g) the words "from the buyer's conveyancer's client account" shall be added after the words "cleared funds";
