VARIATION OF THIS FUNDING AGREEMENT. 25.1 This Funding Agreement records the entire agreement between You and Us in relation to its subject matter. 25.2 This Funding Agreement may only be varied by a document in writing, signed and dated by both You and Us. 25.3 You must notify Us immediately (within five Business Days) of any change in Your circumstances which You consider may require a variation of this Funding Agreement.
