Variation or revision of Participation Plan. If a party wishes to vary or revise the Participation Plan, the parties must liaise in good faith with a view to agreeing and then documenting the proposed variations or revisions. If the parties cannot agree on a variation or revision of the Participation Plan, it will remain unchanged.
