Variation Subject to Notice. MPF may from time to time alter, amend or add to all or any of the terms and provisions of the Policy upon giving the Trustee 4 months’ notice (or, in the case of an amendment in respect of a Sub-Fund in which no Contribution Units have been allocated to the Trustee under the Policy, 3 days’ notice) prior to the effective date of the alteration, amendment or addition.
