Common use of Variation to Services or Funding Clause in Contracts

Variation to Services or Funding. The parties acknowledge that: (a) the Service Agreement, or any part of it, may be varied by a variation agreement signed by an authorised representative of Ours and Yours; and (b) a variation which reduces or increases the scope of the Services may result in a reduction of or increase in (as the case may be) the amount of, or any future instalment of, the Funding.
