Variations in Customs Surcharge and Customs Duty. (a) Any increase or decrease in the Rand value between the amounts of Customs Surcharge and Customs Duty inserted in the schedule titled Price Basis for Imported Resources and those amounts actually paid to the Customs and Excise Authorities, which are due to changes in the percentage rates applicable or to the foreign exchange rate used by the authorities, shall be adjusted accordingly.
